Note: Please tell us the following information after you have paid using Western Union

1) The 10 digit control number.

2) Sender's name.

3) The exact amount you sent.

4) Sender's address.

5) Your shipping address.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door. 

 

1.Received your order request

After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this   order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.  

 

2.Processing time

In this part, we kindly ask about 1-4 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.

 

3.Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination countries  is based on the shipping method in your order. 

A: Flat Rate Shipping: 7-25  business days  

B: Standard Rate Shipping: 6 -10 business days 

About the shipping fee, please refer  to  the website update.

Note: The public holidays, destination countries  and couriers will be affected the shipping  time  too .

 

4.Delivered 

Total delivery time= Processing time +  Shipping  time

WARRANTY & RETURN

 

30 Days Return Warranty 

 

 At axkanethnic our goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products at competitive factory direct prices. Customer's satisfaction is always our number 1 priority. All items we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service any time.

 

Warranty Terms:

Our 30 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at axkan.ethnic@gmail.com

 

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps: 

1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package. For this, connect with our customer support team.

2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).

3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team. 

 

Warranty Compensation:

Items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

 

 

Return Costs: 

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items. 

 

Please Refer To The Following Return Policies: 

Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
